Only vendors formally approved through the Panther Parent Alliance™ Authorized Vendor Program may use Panther Parent Alliance™ intellectual property.

Authorized Vendors must:

• Execute a Vendor Authorization Agreement 
• Follow all Panther Parent Alliance™ Brand Standards 
• Submit designs for review 
• Obtain written design approval 
• Obtain written mockup approval 
• Pass branding compliance review 
• Use only approved artwork provided by Panther Parent Alliance™ 

Authorization may be revoked at any time.

The following activities are prohibited without prior written authorization:

• Use of Panther Parent Alliance™ logos 
• Use of Panther Parent Alliance™ badges 
• Use of Panther Parent Alliance™ seals 
• Use of Panther Parent Alliance™ trademarks 
• Reproduction of Resource Library content 
• Reproduction of training materials 
• Creation of merchandise 
• Sale of products using Panther Parent Alliance™ branding
